Standard homeowners insurance doesn't cover flood. We compare NFIP and private flood options side by side, for bayfront homes and inland neighborhoods alike.
NFIP or private flood? We compare both.
Government NFIP policies cap home coverage at $250,000 for the building and $100,000 for contents. Private flood can offer higher limits, living expenses if you’re displaced, and shorter waiting periods. We quote both and show you the numbers side by side.
